How did you discover your talent? What got you started?
I first saw a few friends from school doing it. I was in football at the time and thought skateboarding was way cooler so I quit that and have been skateboarding ever since.
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
To be on my skateboard everyday somehow or another.
Who was your biggest inspiration?
Mitch Barrette / Spencer Hamilton
What makes you keep innovating and pushing your skills to new heights? What’s the intrinsic driver or motivation?
Seeing my friends progress always gets me excited the most. Moreover, there is a never ending world to learning new tricks and keep progressing.
So far, what has been your favourite highlight of your career? An achievement? A specific moment?
Everyday on my skateboard is a blessing. Traveling, seeing new places and meeting people or just simply finally landing a trick I've been trying for a while.
In regards to your career, where do you want to be in 5 or 10 years?
To be honest, just keep being grateful and healthy enough to continue skateboarding for as long as I can.
In terms of healthy habits, what are your thoughts on the current beverage options out there? (I.e. Energy Drinks, high sugar drinks etc)
The current options out there right now are repetitively filled with way too much sugar and absolute foul ingredients that aren't usually the best to put in what you'd call a ‘’healthier drink’’.
How does Wize fit into your current lifestyle? And why do you choose Wize?
I used to be that kid at the skateboard park with the tall cans of iced tea (we all know the brand) and as I got older realized how unhealthy those are because they are filled with tons of refined ingredients etc. I love Wize because of its low sugar content and uncompromised great taste.
What are the next projects coming down the pipeline?
Currently working on a personal video part hopefully being released earlier to mid 2022.
What’s your favourite flavour of Wize tea? When do you typically drink it?
Mango is a favourite for sure. Perfect for right before getting a skate session started, boosting me with a little energy.
